The Advantech Applied Computing Group (ACG) is a dynamic and globally-oriented organization within our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in discussions with customers to understand their needs, propose
potential solutions, and provide suitable solutions to deliver value through Design
and Manufacturing Services.
- Work directly with stakeholders to implement project objectives, overseeing the
entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to product development,
manufacturing, and service programs.
- Support variable aspects of projects, collaborating to monitor and drive timely
execution, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project objectives,
including assessing resource utilization, maintaining project management
systems, and tracking project progress and efficiency.
- Monitor objectives and key results (OKR)/business indicators, identifying
performance gaps, and conducting risk assessments to proactively address
challenges.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines throughout the
project lifecycle.
- Identify, define, and implement efficiency opportunities for new and existing
products.
Minimal Requirement:
- 3+ years of program, product, or project management experience leading large
projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Good project management skills, including breaking down tasks, simplifying
roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting.
- Knowledge of structural problem-solving & basic statistics.
- Exhibits excellent judgment.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication and
writing in completing assigned projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Srong business acumen in specific domains, including but not limited to industrial
business, AI, Cloud, Edge.
- Technical knowledge with LCD, X86, Arm.
- Experience working in a global company with a focus on global business
strategies.
