1. 帶領團隊(1~3人)協助品牌提升電商業績
2. 負責網路通路的流量規劃、行銷活動規劃、業績分析、預算資源控管。
3. 定期與客戶開會,找尋機會點,有效制定行動計畫
4. 領導團隊生意分析、操作、客戶互動與執行面等問題

2. 熟悉流量、數據分析、平台後臺工具

• 日常社群行銷能力及擅長跨部門溝通協調
• 線上活動及線下實體行銷活動策劃
• 熟悉社群媒體平台更新及數位廣告操作投放
• 官方網站、粉絲團管理、網路商城管理,活動規劃與執行
• 具備數據分析能力,並能有效提出優化策略及效益評估
• 具備中英文文案撰寫能力
Responsibilities for Digital Marketing
• Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
• Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
• Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
• Prepare emails to send out to customers
• Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
• Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
• Ensure that the brand message is consistent
Qualifications for Digital Marketing
• 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
• Capable of management and coordination for multiple projects at the same time
• Attention to detail
• Full understanding of all social media platforms
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge of content management systems
Core Competencies and Skills
1.SEO/SEM: Proven experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) and implementing basic SEO best practices, communicating with agency.
2.Social Media Advertsing: Hands-on experience with advertising, and analytics across major platforms, especially LinkedIn.
3.Data Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics (GA) or similar tools to track traffic, user behavior, and campaign ROI.
4.Reporting: Ability to translate complex digital data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and channel partners.
5.Familiarity with common Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms.
6.Channel Marketing Experience: Ability to plan, execute, and track joint marketing campaigns with channel partners.
7.Sales Alignment: Understanding of the sales pipeline and how digital activities directly support channel partners in achieving their revenue targets.
