As a Sales Consultant at EF you:
• Advise and support our students (and parents) and manage the entire sales cycle of our programs

Your responsibilities:
• Promote and sell our language programs through direct customer contact by phone, email and face-to-face interactions (80% of your time)
• Take on ambitious sales targets
• Participate in offsite and onsite events, including sales presentations and fairs
• Manage administrative tasks and provide pre- and post-sales customer service to our customers

This position is centered on fostering robust customer relationships while optimizing revenue generation for the organization. As the principal point of contact for designated clients, you will engage actively in promotional initiatives and identify avenues for business expansion. Additionally, you will offer insightful customer feedback to inform team strategies and serve as a representative of the organization at relevant industry events.

• Account Management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
• Account Support: Be the main point of contact for your key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for product or service enhancements to drive account growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze account performance, reporting on key metrics and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize results.
• Marketing & Promotions: Participate in and promote company promotions to clients.
• Market Research & Analysis: Monitor user feedback and identify business needs.
• Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and account status.
