About The Role
We are looking for a results-oriented and strategic Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager to support the planning and execution of high-impact campaigns, while taking ownership of media buying strategy and performance. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring integrated marketing plans to life, ensuring that every campaign reaches the right audience with measurable results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate and manage integrated media buy planning and execution across digital and traditional channels.
- Track and analyze media performance and optimize for KPIs.
- Partner with internal agencies to ensure smooth execution of media strategies.
- Participate in campaign strategy development, from concept to rollout, for national massive campaign launches, new product campaigns, EC digital campaigns, etc.
- Collaborate within marketing and with other departments to align messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Deliver post-campaign analysis and key learnings to continuously enhance media effectiveness and campaign performance.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with solid media buying and campaign planning background.
- Familiar with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy.
- Familiarity with 360° marketing campaign planning, from branding to performance.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and media partners.
- Good at English/Japanese is a plus, and is able to communicate with Japan HQ and worldwide teams.

You will be responsible for planning social media marketing content and executing cross-brand collaborations to create impactful content, enhance brand value, and foster closer connections between the brand and consumers on social platforms.

A. Social Media Marketing Strategy & Content Creation
- Brand Storytelling: Plan and execute social media content strategies to enhance brand image and consumer perception.
- Content Planning & Short Video Production: Identify social media trends and create engaging content (posts, short videos, stories) to amplify brand influence.
- Social Media Advertising & Data Analysis: Manage digital ad placements, track performance, and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
- Community Management & Fan Engagement: Assist in responding to fan inquiries, boosting user engagement, and strengthening brand loyalty.
B. Brand Promotion & Cross-Brand Collaborations
- Brand Exposure & PR Activities: Support the planning of brand marketing campaigns and merchandise to increase consumer preference for the brand.
- Cross-Brand Collaborations: Execute co-branding initiatives, plan events, and develop co-branded merchandise to enhance brand influence.

C. Data-Driven Strategy & Performance Analysis

Business Marketing
1. Collect and consolidate customer insights and market demand via close collaboration with the sales team.
2. Analyze and manage Purchase, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) data to support strategic planning.
3. Communicate Taiwan market needs to headquarter, providing data-driven recommendations to secure product allocation.
4. Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify market opportunities and risks.
Brand Marketing
1. Plan, manage, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C business lines.
2. Online marketing: Manage SNS platforms, digital media planning/buying, and collaborations with KOLs/influencers to promote company’s products and solutions.
3. Offline marketing: Organize and execute trade shows, industry exhibitions, partner events, and company-hosted activities.
4. Ensure brand consistency and maximize local visibility in alignment with global brand strategy.
5. Work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (official site, MOMO, Shopee, Amazon, etc.), ensuring content accuracy, visual consistency, and competitive pricing. Update product pages regularly to support marketing campaigns.
