About the Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced English tutors from native English-speaking countries to support international school students at lower, middle, and upper school levels, as well as students preparing for AP English and SAT exams.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and able to tailor instruction to diverse learners in an international school setting.
Key Responsibilities
Teach English language and literature to students from Grades 1–12 (lower, middle, and upper school).
Provide targeted support for AP English Language & Literature and SAT Reading/Writing preparation.
Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with international school curricula (IB, IGCSE, US Common Core, etc.).
Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Qualifications
Native English speaker from the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
Bachelor’s degree or above (English, Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred).
Teaching license/certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, state teaching credential, or TEFL/TESOL/CELTA).
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in international schools.
Strong knowledge of English curricula and exam requirements (AP and SAT).
Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
Clear criminal background check and positive professional references.
