- Prepare and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
- Manage project quotations, including cost maintenance and negotiation.
- Lead the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for existing projects.
- Handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes and manage customer claims.
- Monitor purchase orders and forecasts; proactively communicate with customers regarding any irregular demands.
- Oversee engineering change (EC) processes, manage rework costs, and handle excess and obsolete materials.

Lead the Account Management (AM) Department to manage strategic customer relationships, ensure product lifecycle excellence from NPI to MP, and drive business growth with tier-one cloud and enterprise clients. Responsible for achieving Q (quality), C (cost), D (delivery), and S (service) targets while fostering long-term partnerships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Management
Oversee key client accounts to ensure delivery of committed quality, cost, delivery, and service metrics across product lifecycles.
Maintain and deepen long-term customer partnerships through regular engagement and business reviews.
Serve as the escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
2. Business Development
Identify new business opportunities with global cloud service providers and enterprise server clients.
Collaborate with product, R&D, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to develop competitive proposals and win new programs.
Support contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
3. Customer-Centric Solution Development
Translate customer requirements into actionable technical and commercial deliverables from NPI through MP.
Support pre-sales activities, product customization, and solution design aligned with customer needs.
Ensure internal teams understand and prioritize customer requirements.
4. Team Leadership & People Development
Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing AM team with clear KPIs and career development plans.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across business units to meet business objectives.
Promote a performance-driven and customer-first culture within the department.
5. Executive Communication & Reporting
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal senior executives.
Provide regular account performance reports, business forecasts, and strategic planning inputs to leadership.

(1) 具數據與報表分析能力:
彙整訂單/物料/出貨等管理報表。熟悉 SAP、Excel、Power BI、Power query、SAP等基礎操作。
(2) 需求管理與供應協調能力:
從接收訂單到將商品成功交付給客戶的整個流程管理,涵蓋接收訂單、庫存管理、訂單處理、出貨,並協調供應鏈各部門與客戶溝通,掌握交期變化原因、了解潛在風險,並與工廠端相關部門商討解決方案,確保供給與需求平衡來達到客戶的出貨要求目標。
(3) 參加與客戶的每週定期、不定期會議,報告物料與生產狀況及問題、商討客戶需求與其它相關要求事項。
(4) 具handle ODM tier-1 account fulfillment 工作經驗尤佳。
(1) Data and reporting analysis skills:
Consolidate daily/weekly/monthly management reports for orders/materials/production/shipments. Proficient in basic tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and SAP.
(2) Demand management and supply coordination:
End-to-end management from order receipt to successful delivery to the customer, covering order intake, inventory management, order processing, and shipping. Coordinate across supply chain functions and communicate with customers to understand reasons for lead-time changes and potential risks, work with relevant factory departments on solutions, and ensure supply-demand balance to meet customer delivery targets.
(3) Customer meetings: Participate in weekly and ad-hoc meetings with customers to report material and production status and issues, and to discuss customer demand and other related requirements.
(4) Experience: Experience handling ODM Tier-1 account fulfillment is a strong plus.
1. At least middle to high level English writing, listening, and speaking.
2. Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control.
3. Be visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner.
4. Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarm, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidences swiftly and appropriately.
5. Collaborate with other security officers for effective protection and coverage.
6. Patrol property on foot, securing personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and fence perimeter are secure in all weather conditions.
7. Investigate and take the appropriate lawfully action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents.
8. Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signatures.
