As a Sales Representative in our IC design company, you’ll be the bridge between our cutting-edge semiconductor solutions and our valued customers. Your mission? To promote our products, understand customer needs, and foster lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Evangelism:
1-1 Present, promote, and sell our IC products and services to existing and potential customers.
1-2 Use solid arguments and technical knowledge to showcase the value proposition of our designs.
2. Needs Analysis:
2-1 Conduct cost-benefit analyses and needs assessments for customers.
2-2 Understand their pain points, challenges, and requirements.
3. Relationship Building:
3-1 Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
3-2 Be the trusted advisor—listening, empathizing, and providing tailored solutions.
4. Market Insights:
4-1 Keep your finger on the industry pulse. Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
4-2 Translate these insights into actionable strategies.
5. Sales Funnel Management:
5-1 Manage the sales pipeline—from lead generation to closing deals.
5-2 Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
6. Customer Support:
6-1 Provide post-sales support. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
6-2 Be the troubleshooter when needed.
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
• Assist senior sales development team members in outreach, follow-ups, and preparing presentations and proposals tailored to SSD customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape specific to enterprise SSDs and RDIMMs.
• Help analyze customer demand and market segmentation to support server memory and SSD product forecasts and sales strategies.
• Support the qualification, development, and management of a sales pipeline to help achieve quarterly and annual goals.
• Support field sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with product offerings in the Enterprise, Hyperscale, Datacenter, and Cloud markets.
• Learn and understand ADATA’s Enterprise product portfolio to effectively support promotion efforts tailored to each customer’s requirements.
• Demonstrate strong ethics, integrity, and a passion for learning and succeeding in a dynamic environment.
• Show initiative and creativity, with good presentation, written, and communication skills.
• Treat all company guests, and visitors with personal, human-to-human interaction, and dignity.
• Think differently about operations center services and how they impact the customer experience. The Operator will have an impact on systems, processes, and quality standards which will enhance our exceptional service strategy.
• Responsible for viewing and monitoring the video surveillance television monitors for unauthorized and/or unsafe actions.
• Responsible for monitoring the access control system computer for visible and audible alarms.
• Responsible for the proper operation and monitoring of all life safety, gas storage, access control and loss prevention systems and related subsystems. Must be able to prioritize alarm criticality and utilize available resources effectively.
• Dispatch security personnel as required in the event of security or safety alarms, security systems service calls and emergency response dispatches.
• Interact with a variety of persons, including: companies, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Maintain Key control.
• Notify, assist, and direct emergency personnel as necessary.
• Dispatch patrol as needed.
• Complete job-related forms and/or logs and incident reports as needed.
• Participate in testing of security system on regular maintenance schedule.
• Observe and report all unusual activity.
• Report all building utility and service issues as observed and instructed to facilities.
• Monitor the movements and locations of all account security personnel in order to expedite service requests, and emergency response and to ensure employee safety.
• Responsible for proper operation and monitoring of all security telephone, paging, radio and intercom communication systems.
• As required provide training for new security operations center personnel.
• Manage employee, guest, and visitor comments and complaints with one-touch service. One-touch service means an Operator has the autonomy and authority to handle any customer needs.
• Create a positive emotional connection with company's guests, and visitors.
• Consistently deliver exceptional world-class security experience .
• Shall be discreet and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must maintain composure in handling or diffusing difficult situations.

Price Management :
1. Propose the account pricing strategy and deal with quarterly RFQ.
2. Upload and Complete RFQ simulation & results.
3. Share the competition and market information to FM/PM team.
AVL Creation and enhancement:
1. Collect the TAM/SAM information
2. Understand current AVL position and create new business opportunity (NBO)
3. Work with customers in daily design activities to increase the AVL
4. Track key projects closely.
Business Management:
1. Build and enhance a closed relationship with focus customers.
2. Track the customers'forecast to provide an accurate projection.
3. Negotiate the contracts and T&C with customers.
4. Resolve the quality claim and PCN well.
1. Existing customers business relationship maintenance.
2. Working with PM/PJM for New Project Development toward mass productions.
3. Order fulfillment.
4. EC phase in /out evaluation and execution.
5. Ensuring payment paid on time.
6. Working with quality department for RMA and handling Cus complaint (8D).
7. All Process enhancement.
