- 負責業務開發相關之產品報價、開發行程計畫、Sale Pipeline與周報表等工作
- 年薪包括70%之固定薪資與30%業績獎金;業績若超標,業績獎金無設定上限
- Responsible for sales and promotion of Rittal's enclosure systems, low-voltage power distribution systems, cooling solutions, and automated processing equipment in the domestic market, with the goal of achieving company-set sales targets.
- Must possess strong independent working capabilities, with a proactive and driven attitude. Focus on developing new potential customers and distributors, while maintaining existing client relationships and expanding market share within key accounts.
- Capable of English communications in reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
- Familiarity with industries in Southern Taiwan such as petrochemicals, steel, power systems, and automation control is highly preferred, along with established customer connections.
- Explore untapped vertical markets in the southern region, including semiconductors, machinery manufacturing, factory automation equipment, and system integrators.
- Collaborate with direct clients and distributors on project development, management, and follow-up.
- Willingness to learn about Low Voltage Power Distribution (LVPD) systems. Candidates with the ability to convert customer-provided single-line diagrams into system configuration drawings will be given priority.
- Responsible for business development tasks including product quotations, development schedules, sales pipeline tracking, and weekly reporting.
- Annual compensation includes 70% fixed salary and 30% performance-based bonus. Bonus is uncapped for overachievement.

- Cooperate with inbound marketing to make NPIP and follow up

4. Engineering Change notice management
- Issue ECR to R&D represents for MKT / Sales feedback

- Process changes management, give PCN proposal to PM when needed
5. Urgent rescue to prevent customer line down
- Cooperate with planner / sales / JIT to find out solution to rescue customers

Allocate resource required to execute a project.
