- Initiating and driving business development strategy
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and prospecting opportunities-

- Assisting sales activities, customer interviews and sales tools development
- Planning and executing Marketing & Communication campaigns in targeted industries

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC or water and wastewater(WWW) industry in SEA countries
- Familiar with the ecosystem of HVAC and WWW industry, and understand in project bidding process
- Market and product knowledge in LV Drives and related solution is preferred
- Understanding of customer needs, experience in HVAC, WWW industry
- Social, networking and stress-tolerant, cultural sensitivity, flexibility e.g. traveling (SEA region)
- Good communication and negotiation skills, familiar with market dynamics.

- Willingness to travel.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with good writing skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and self-motivated.

As the Product Manager for Device Connectivity, you will lead cross-functional teams through product development and lifecycle management. You will align market needs with product strategy, work closely with regional business teams to identify application trends, drive market adoption, and execute go-to-market strategies for next-generation solutions.
All of these responsibilities contribute to building a holistic view of product life cycle management, from market discovery and product definition to go-to-market execution and long-term portfolio optimization.
This role ensures that Moxa’s connectivity solutions remain industry-leading, application-driven, and growth-oriented in evolving mission-critical markets for the decades to come.

1. Regional Market Co-creation
- Collaborate with regional business teams in business development to achieve market expansion and revenue targets.
- Analyze market segmentation, competition landscape and contribute to defining product positioning strategy with regional key stakeholders.
- Consolidate and deliver market/application insight to product team for product
planning consideration.
2. Product Marketing
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned product lines.
