Job Responsibilities:
• To fully understand the needs of clients and transform the opportunities to businesses.
• To identify business opportunities and generate pipelines by joining exhibitions, delivering insurance talks and presentations etc.
• To maintain and develop good relationships with clients by pro-active interactions with clients, leading regular review meetings, and visits to clients.
• To maintain and develop good relationships with insurance companies in order to generate more new business leads.
• To design, perform and drive marketing activities and sales initiatives such as roadshows and trainings.
• To analyze and review customer/ business data regularly.
• To ensure compliance of all business development activities.
• To handle financial dealings, such as GP booking & allocation, premium and commission aging management.
Requirements:
•It is required candidates with related working experience in insurance of marine cargo.
•It is required candidates who speak bilingual languages including English and Chinese.
1) To handle daily operation and ensure all related details are entered correctly in system.
2) To track all incoming air import shipments and ensure that all documents are prepared prior to shipment arrival.
3) To active involvemnt with problem-solving of issues presented.
4) To review, acknowledge & follow up customers' SOP closely and develop good relations with customers.
5) To review and check our SP's quotations and ensure SP charges as per agreed quotation.
6) To check and issue invoices to customers and ensure the invoices are correct as per the agreement.
7) To proactive and understand customers' needs and provide a professional service

Key responsibilities
•Workforce staffing/recruiting including employer branding; talent sourcing; job advertising and posting; applicant evaluation and screening; interviewing and assessing; offer and contract generation; and executive search.
•Responsible for improving candidate experience and creating onboarding impressions on new hires.
•Collaborate with leaders on their manpower requirements and analyses the need against the overall strategies and structure of the business, designs employer branding strategies and programs for targeted talent niche and builds relationships with external parties and sponsors job campaigns to develop a steady pool of talent and establishes talent market expertise including a comprehensive view of the industry trends and competitors. Provide expertise in terms of talent landscape, labor insights and talent conversions.

Who we are looking for
•Extensive experience in blue and white collar recruitment, preferably in logistics, manufacturing and retail industry
•Understanding in the local market is a must
•Preferably with a network in logistics industry
•Multiple recruitment projects experience, including management trainees, internship program (local students and foreign students)
•Workday or any related people management software experience is a plus
•Must have a recruitment network with the labor agency
•Independent and able to make decision
•Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
•People management skill, problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level with good analytical skills
•Numeracy and computer literacy skills in Excel, Words etc.
