Your Role:
-Sufficient capacity of team management to leading onsite team for daily operation.
-Carry out tasks in conjunction with Edwards Best Operating Practice.
-Good communication skill to cooperate with functional team internaly.
-Customer relationship build up, work cloesly with customer in customer site.
-Understand customers' requests and feedback to Service Manager.
-Provide regular reports and status of activities.
-Required to actively participate in ongoing improvement in the standard of our health, safety and loss control management systems.
-Provide feed back on safety issues affecting your place of work or with Edwards’ equipment.
-Required to work both as part of a team and on your own, self motivated and self disciplined and a customer sensitive approach to work is required.
To succeed, you will need:
Skills and experience
-Experience in field service activities also familiar product knowledge.
-Experience of working with Computers with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
-Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage.
-Understanding of engineering drawings, both electrical and mechanical, and schematic layouts is essential.
-Working in the areas of electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls and electronics will be required.
-Key competence required for the role.
-Soft skill is required for team leading and communications.
-Inter-personal and communication skills are required in order to build sound relationships with customers.
-A good understanding in a relevant engineering discipline.
1. Support for mass production test launch for semiconductor products
2. Support evaluation and analysis of semiconductor products
3. Support for troubleshooting of products produced at ASEKH
4. Maintenance of in-vehicle SLT systems
5. Supporting technical discussions between ASEKH and our engineers in Japan
6. Monitoring mass production flow and early detection of problems
7. Discussing technical issues with local OSAT members.

○Job Description○
-Handle routine maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure performance and reliability.
-Follow SOP when operating equipment, replacing parts and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and consistency.
-Collect and analyze tool performance, root cause and data to give advice for improvement plan.
-On-site troubleshooting and minimize tool downtime.
