Key Responsibilities: Lab Ownership Management (40%) - Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the lab and internal stakeholders, including engineering, product management, and executive teams. 此職位是外派至合作企業駐點，工作地點在台北市台北車站附近 【工作內容】 1. 規劃、撰寫並執行完整的測試計畫與測試案例，涵蓋本地部署的 Windows 系統應用程式與雲端平台上的軟體產品，並持續維護測試文件的準確性與更新。 2. 負責執行各類型測試，包括功能測試、回歸測試、整合測試、效能測試與壓力測試，以確保產品在可靠性、使用便利性與擴充性上的品質表現。 3. 與產品經理、開發人員等跨部門團隊密切合作，深入了解產品需求，並將需求轉化為具體的測試場景與測試案例。 4. 撰寫與維護各類技術文件，包括產品上線說明、系統操作手冊、使用者操作說明、常見問題知識庫與內部教育訓練資料。 5. 針對不同作業系統、瀏覽器與設備進行相容性測試，確保所有使用者皆能獲得一致且良好的使用體驗。 【能力需求】 1. 熟悉資料庫操作，MS-SQL尤佳。 2. 具備良好的問題解決與邏輯思考能力，能從複雜情況中辨識核心問題，提出有效的解決方案，並具備創意思維與主動求助的精神。 3. 良好的英語能力，具備清楚的口語表達與文字書寫，能閱讀與撰寫英文技術文件，並能以英文進行簡易溝通。 4. 持續關注並學習軟體測試與品質保證領域的最新工具、產業趨勢與最佳實務，樂於自我提升。 5. 了解API測試 【加分項】 1. 具備醫學背景 2. 具備自動化測試經驗，熟悉自動化測試工具（例如：Selenium）並具備C#開發撰寫程式能力尤佳
