●負責Prober設備的管理和維修規劃，確保設備運行穩定 ●管理CP Setup人員，安排工作並協調團隊，確保高效執行 ●處理CP設備的異常情況，進行故障分析與改善，提升設備性能 【職缺條件】 ●熟悉Prober設備的管理與維修規劃 ●具備CP Setup人員管理經驗，能有效處理異常情況 ●良好的問題分析能力與改善措施推動能力

1. 定期維護、保養生產設備機台，並進行故障排除、異常分析與追蹤處理。 2. 規劃生產設備之操作順序，以便正確使用設備，進而提升生產效率。 3. 進行設備改造、升級或開發，以便提升設備的生產力。 4. 規劃有關設備空間的安排，並說明規劃的功效。 5. 評估新設備之整體效能，並將通過評估的新設備導入產線。 6. 建立、管理並撰寫設備的標準使用規範。 7. 規劃、維護自動控制系統，並將系統與生產設備整合。 8. 其他主管交辦事項。

1. 負責準分子束磊晶系統(MBE)維護保養、生產設備管理及故障維修 2. 降低故障率,建立健全設備故障記錄跟蹤及學習共享計劃。 3. 負責設備備品備件管理計劃與安全庫存管理工作。 4. 負責建立設備部門相關文件表單,包括設備各類操作檔、設備維修表、點檢表、PM 記錄等。 5. 負責 MBE 設備改造、優化升級,提升設備稼動率。

1、具測試廠維修經驗者尤佳。 2、具FT相關測試經驗優先 3、需配合4/2輪三個月日夜輪調

1. 負責矽晶圓製程設備機台的維護及效能精進。 2. 計畫和執行分析及缺陷等改善專案。 3. 建立新設備所需規範作為採購及系統需求之依據。
