工作內容:
• Provides Repair Technician support and product repair for assigned mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Identifies, isolates and corrects malfunctions on assigned products through the practical application of acquired technologies and skills.
• Disassembles, cleans and reassembles assigned products in conjunction with refurbishment activities.
• Generates and maintains required test reports, logs, documentation and test equipment.
• Reports recurring quality problems to appropriate individuals or groups.
• Enhances working knowledge of the total product line and associated test diagnostics and procedures.
• Uses precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers and bore gauges to measure component parts and assist with repair, refurbishment and related activity.

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Applications Engineer to join our team. You will be the bridge between our technical team and our clients, ensuring that projects are executed flawlessly from initial concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with our products and services.
• Draft initial sketches or diagrams to conceptualize projects, working closely with the engineering team for refinement.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their objectives.
• Collaborate with the customers during their working hours, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
General Overview:
This position will provide direct support to factories using Cirque’s products and help to expand our business, working within a team to design, develop and implement changes to new and existing Cirque products and customers located in Asia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support partner factories in setting up for production of products using Cirque Capacitive Touch IC
• Support production test tools including training partner factories to use Cirque test tools and how to troubleshoot using Cirque failure codes
• Support customer’s development and qualification of Cirque touchpad
• Conduct product testing and create models and prototypes
• Operate under moderate supervision
• Willing to travel to other cities when necessary
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Engineering Degree with 1-3 years’ electronics manufacturing experience OR
• 3+ years of FAE or technical PM experience in consumer electronics such as laptops, smartphones, gaming devices, or wearable devices.
• Working experience in reading electrical schematics and customer requirement documents.
• Familiar with integration device protocol i.e., SMBUS, I2C, USB, or SPI
• Excellent ability in evaluating, testing, and documenting performance of various systems and products
• Excellent ability in capturing test log and optimize software script for issue debugging
• Skilled in use of electronic test equipment i.e., oscilloscope, meters, frequency generators, etc.
• Working knowledge of touch or force/haptic knowledge
• Working knowledge of microcontrollers
• Working knowledge of software programming in C, C++. Knowledge of Lua is a plus
• A certain degree of creativity, latitude and adjusting to circumstances is required
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
• Able to fluently speak and read English is required
