THE JOB
Work for one of the top actuarial consulting firms in the country and in the world! As an Analyst of Retirement at WTW, you will contribute to achieving the exciting growth strategy of our Retirement practice by working on a wide variety of complex projects in M&A, IPO, asset liability studies or investment consulting, etc. while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
• Contribute as a part of a team to support deliverables in market best practices, plan design, financial analysis, valuation, financial disclosure, implementation and ongoing services to meet or exceed internal and external client expectations
• Work independently and managing your own workload and ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met as well as that colleagues and the client are kept well informed
• Interact with clients and expand internal and external relationships, ensuring appropriate and effective communication among team members and the clients
• Assist with sales and marketing activities including research and proposals
• Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches, and help improve work processes for higher quality and efficiency
• Follow firm and line of business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions
THE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's or Master 's degree in Actuarial Science / Math / Statistics / Finance or any other related university training
• 1-2 years' working or long-term internship experience, ideally in a consulting environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details and have good number sense
• Strong interpersonal skills, working well in a team environment with individual accountability
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines, able to deliver quality client work on time and within budgets
• Able to think beyond the task at hand and understand how work fits into the broader landscape
• Self-starter; interest in continually challenging oneself, willingness to step outside of one's comfort zone and able to work with ambiguity
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PPT and Excel
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams or having ASA/FSA/IFoA credentials (or local country equivalent) a major advantage.
