We are seeking a Program and Alliance Manager who has ownership, passionate about working in a growing fast-paced international business, a self-starter with the ability to build relationships. The ideal candidate is experienced in selling or executive projects in cloud industry and focus on the key inputs for their business and deliver them with the right quality and in a timely fashion. This is a hands-on role, the ideal candidate must be a self-starter, think and move fast, dive deep, and get things done.
【Key Job Responsibilities】
Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
· Developing relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
· Leading programs through ought the phases of the project lifecycle, effectively managing scope, schedule, and stakeholder communications
· Pass and maintain program qualification to build up differentiation for eCloudvalley
· Working across teams and managing programs in highly matrixed organizations
· Tracking and monitor progress, defining key performance indicators and success metrics of program initiatives
【Basic Qualifications】
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing or related field.
•2-4 years of experience in business operations, project management, partner management or a similar role.
•Strong verbal and written communications skills. l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Proficiency in project management tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
