1. Talent Management 人才管理 : 25%
- To develop, coordinate and execute talent acquisitions activities to acquire
targeted talent in alignment with business priorities.
發展、統籌及執行人才招募相關事宜,以滿足事業發展需求。
- To consecutively optimize and align corresponding talent acquisitions processes in
alignment with regional requirement and local policies including legal regulations.
持續優化及對焦人才招募流程,並符合區域和台灣相關規範及法令需求。
- To coordinate regional and local training programs in alignment with regional
requirements and local needs.
統籌區域及台灣訓練,並符合區域及台灣需求。
- To cooridnate and facilitate fundamental trainings.
統籌及擔任基礎訓練課程講師。
- To coordinate relating matters to the cycle of performance management cycle
meeting regional and local requirements and timelines.
統籌年度績效管理作業,並符合區域及台灣時程規劃及相關需求。
2. Compensation & Benefits 薪酬及褔利 : 30%
- To execute monthly payroll, bonus and sales incentives activities including
before-and-after relevance within defined timelines.
統籌及執行每月薪資計算前、中、後相關事宜,並於規範時程產出相關事項。
- To manage attendance and insurance related matters in a timely manner.
即時管理人員出勤及保險相關事宜。
- To consectively optimize corresponding processes in alignment with regional
requirements and local policies including legal regulations.
持續優化相關流程,並符合區域及台灣相關規範及法令要求。
3. Employee Relations & CSR 員工關係及CSR活動 : 10%
- To address employees' inquiries in a professional and timely manner with
corresponding people solutions to maintain a positive relationship.
以專業且即時的方式回覆員工有關人力資源相關議題之詢問,並提供相對應之解決方
案,以維繫良好員工關係。
- To coordinate relating activities and programs for target audience in alignment
with regional and local requirements.
統籌針對不同目標族群之活動,並符合區域及台灣相關需求。
4. HRIS & Analytics 人力資源系統及數據分析 : 15%
- To ensure targeted HR data to be updated on HRIS in a timely manner .
確保即時於人力資源系統更新及維護人力資源資料。
- To coordinate and summarize HR data meeting defined requirements and
timelines.
統籌人力資源資料,並於規範時程內產出符合區域及台灣規範之報告。
5. Office Administration 辦公室行政管理 : 5%
- To coodiante seasonal and occasional relevance within defined timelines.
統籌季節性及偶發性行政事宜,並於相關時程內完成。
6. Ad-hoc projects 主管指派專案 : 15%
1 Customer contact window for Quality Section.
2 Collect and deploy the customer’s quality requirement for current and new models.
3 Lead customer Quality Improvement Program
4 Daily/Weekly/monthly/Quarterly/Annually reports for customer according to customer’s specific.
5 Align key information between customer and TYM internal teams.
6 Lead and review 8Ds report from PE/MFG/QC for customer issue.
7 Department's representative and internal team quality related assignment.
8 Customer quality audit arrangement.
1. Responsible for process design and development for new product, and contact with customer as technical window person.
2. In charge of the NPI phase process assessment, identify the critical points with potential risk for future mass production.
3. Lead the new & critical process development, drive the cross team to follow the process qualification procedure and ensure implementation.
4. Involve in the new product functional evaluation, and provide the positive support from assembly process points of view.
5. Responsible the new process validation with DOE plan definition, including of the related documentation management.
6. Support the production line to solve the critical issue during the mass production trail running.
7. Keep the effective communication with customer; ensure the customer audit smoothly as plan.
8. Take part in the continuous improvement on assembly process, to enhance the efficiency.
1. Follow up on project goals, scope, and schedule.
2. Follow up on all customer requirements.
3. Manage the PDT meeting.
4. Monitor progress, resolve issues arise and provide progress reports to higher management.
5. Evaluate the entire process and get lessons learned.
6. Complete related document and gather feedback from customer or stakeholders for improvement.
