The role will be responsible of developing and maintaining Basic Process Control Systems (BPCS) and Safety Instrumented System (SIS) for manufacturing plant process control. Your Role: · System Design: Design, configure, and implement Basic Process Control Systems (BPCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS), PLC and SCADA for manufacturing plant process control. · Programming: Develop and maintain control logic using programming languages specific to BPCS/SIS, such as ladder logic, structured text, continuous function chart (CFC), sequential flow charts (SFC) and Safety Matrix · Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of BPCS/SIS/SCADA to ensure functionality and compliance with operational requirements. · Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to BPCS/SIS/SCADA, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. · Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of BPCS/SIS/SCADA configurations, changes, and operational procedures. · Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including process engineers, instrumentation engineers, and Production Team to optimize system performance.
