Manage territory sales in the assigned accounts
Provide field service to customer.
Conduct product in-service, product evaluations and new product launches.
Provide updates to marketing and sales management regarding business conditions and competitive activity.
Negotiate pricing and establish hospital contracts.
Develop strong relationships with perspective customers including physicians, nurses, and technicians and purchasing and administrative personnel.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
1. Project Management and NPI Implementation: Oversee project scheduling and progress control, supporting the successful implementation of NPI to ensure on-time product launch.
2. RFQ Review and Quotation: Responsible for evaluating customer RFQs, preparing proposals and providing accurate quotations.
3. BOM Cost Management : Managing and maintaining BOM costs to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with market needs.
4. Cross-Functional Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, procurement, manufacturing, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and goal achievement.
