PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:
Working with the CoolSculpting Sales Team, National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and Account Management Manager to contribute to the sales performance for the CoolSculpting range of products through the delivery of quality marketing strategies and effective program implementation.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsibilities for all aspects of customer relationship management in the assigned territory – including CoolSculpting® marketing integration
• Achieving sales quota results in the assigned territory. Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for the Company’s consumables
• Complete the Annual sales target of devices quantities & sales amount target in assigned territory (existing & new listing customers)
• Providing training, presentations and demonstrations (non-patient) to the customer on application and the safe and effective use of the company’s products using effective communication
• Educating the customer regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Company products
• Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area (including CSE)
• Collaborate brand activities execution, marketing plan with product manager to ensure customer success

・Promote assigned pharmaceutical product (“Product”) to medical doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams
・Make presentations in order to provide the Product information and build brand value to medical doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other staffs (“HCPs”)

・Keep detailed records of all contacts

Promote and sell the division's and/or business unit’s products, services and even total solutions within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop well thought out business plans and account profiles and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve planned targeted revenue for those product lines responsible for.
- Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty and increase market share. This includes identifying Key Opinion Leaders and building strong business relationships with these customers.
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure full customer satisfaction by providing appropriate Abbott products and services in response to the customer’s needs. This involves appraising customer needs and advising on product application or services.
- Provide clinical and technical support during case and inform the clinician of patient treatment options. Engage customers in meaningful clinical discussions, which can positively impact patient outcomes, while being presented in the procedure.
- Monitor territory sales performance on an ongoing basis, initiate corrective actions, and prepare reports, summaries, analysis and document an all aspects of territory management.
- Conduct product in-services, including physical demonstrations using non-sterile product and evaluation for successful account conversation.
- Strive to provide win-win outcomes for Abbott and customers while maintaining premium ASPs (annual sales prices) through leveraging of propriety products.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to.
