Your Role: We are seeking individuals who are proactive, humble, unafraid of learning new things, and have the potential for growth. The R&D/Product Development Engineering Teams conceive original ideas for new products, introduce them into practice. You are responsible for leading, designing and optimizing a product or create valuable or quality of product that will scale with Molex continued growth. As a Supervisor, Product Design Engineer, you will lead, design and evaluate product, identify product requirements and contribute to research and project planning. What You Will Do: 1. Apply design, engineering, and technical expertise to influence cross-functionally and deliver reliable mass production components and solve time-sensitive problems. 2. Make significant contributions to design, development, and validation of different solutions (Specifically focused on the cooling solution for the cage and the design of the connectors.) 3. Manage the product design, provide guidance to team members, and communicate progress, and request feedback to prevent/remove roadblocks. 4. Anticipate and address product design issues or risks, analyze data, and validate product design to suggest or implement design improvements. 5. Conducts feasibility studies for new projects leveraging existing designs while also generating new designs and IP, drives consistency and thoroughness across portfolio. Required Experience and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - More than 10 years of work experience as a hands-on engineer. - Experiences in leading a small team, overseeing their performance and career development. - Possesses thorough understanding of the product development process (Design Concept, EVT, DVT, PVT). - Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams in English. - Engineering Design Software: NX (preferred), Creo, Pro/E, etc. - Knowledge in molding of different kind of materials, stamping, assembly process, product development process. - Ability to independently complete design and manage projects. - Understand thermal and mechanical of liquid cooling system. - Good problem-solving skill and able to deeply analyze testing failure mode. - Tolerance stack-up Analysis, review thermal, and reliability testing report. Desirable Requirements: - Experience in server or switch liquid cooling systems. - Experience in the high-speed connector industry. - Relevant knowledge of seal product design. - Experience with simulation or performance analysis of liquid cooling thermal solutions, precision machining, brazing (furnace, vacuum), molding (plastic & metal), soldering, stamping/Assy, welding or sintering processes. - Passionate about design work and innovation, creating new products to address gaps in the industry.

NZXT is seeking a highly motivated Thermal Engineer to help develop best in class, innovative cooling solutions for Desktop, mobile and wearable systems. The role involves architecture, design, analysis, prototyping and validation of cooling solutions. The position requires working closely with cross-functional teams as well as external suppliers. We need a creative thinker who can solve complex and challenging problems both independently as well as within a team environment. This position involves working in a dynamic and fast-pace environment with tight timing and dynamic constraints. 【Responsibilities】 • Responsible for Desktop and peripheral products thermal design • Design air/air and liquid/air cooling solution for consumer electronics • Define thermal policy and control algorithms and characterize system response • Develop analytical models of conductive and convective thermal systems • Drive component selection (Heat Exchanger, Fan, Pump, TIM etc…) • Optimize cooling solutions for all aspects of their performance and reliability • Develop validation test plans for thermal components to determine if they meet design requirements • Conduct tests, post-processing data, and communicating results to stakeholders • Review and maintain DFMEA, and test standards for the thermal system • Drive development programs with both internal and external engineering teams • Optimize design for cost and system-level reliability

As a Mechanical Design Engineer or Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, your responsibilities will focus on the manufacturability, cost effectiveness, and design for quality of current production and new products. •Interfacing directly with Asia suppliers to efficiently execute designs, tooling development and mass production •Identifying design opportunities for quality, cost, assembly, and manufacturing •Responsible for all mechanical and mechanism aspects from design (including calculation, drawing, tolerance stacking, etc), prototype, EVT (CP), DVT (VP), PVT (TT), until MP. •Responsible to the Root cause and failure analysis on current products from Design Failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA) and Process failure mode and effects analysis (PMFEA) to confirm the reliability and conformity of each part of their functional usage. •Communicating Design for Manufacturability (DFM) W/T various vendors, work closely with Clients’ Product development team and updated for process evaluation and the changes with pertinent team members. •Responsible for the maintaining field issue from understanding issue; finding root cause; providing S/T, M/T and L/T Solution; testing solution; design review with pertinent team members, cross functions and cross departments; until providing accurate SOP with manufacturing department and Technical department (FAE engineering).
