Job Summary:
Covers operations and related activities. Provides operational support to the asset management business and/or products.
Provides post-sale technical customer service to business or end-consumer customers via phone, online chat, or text including: Responding to a high volume of low complexity technical inquiries (e.g., equipment or software installation/activation/troubleshooting, providing technical product specifications & information on compatibility with other products, etc.). Providing responses to customer inquiries based on pre-determined scripts and other response guidance tools. Recommending alternative products or services (e.g., warranties) as part of customer issue resolution. Perform AML/KYC monitoring.

To support effective management of Transfer Agency (TA) operations, with a primary focus in client servicing and ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. This role is responsible for maintaining service excellence, implementing company policies, and supporting risk mitigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Perform daily TA operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
Support the implementation of TA team objectives, policies, and procedures.
Deliver high-quality service to clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to AML policies and procedures, including transaction monitoring and client due diligence.
Adhere to operational procedures and internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve issues and client inquiries.
Participate in and support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, including process improvements and system enhancements.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business area of concentration
3-5 years of relevant experience in SITE industry, with exposure to TA operations and AML practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in client-facing environments.
Solid understanding of AML regulations and TA operational workflows
Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
Good command of written and spoken English
Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset
SITE/SICE licenses required

Job Description
1.Overseas subsidiary financial accounting and audit.
2.Conduct various financial analyses and prepare reports for senior management.
3.Review, analyze, and track data for auditing by accountants.
4.Provide and analyze management accounting information required for other managerial decisions.
5.Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to effectively implement policies, procedures, and regulations.
6.Conduct periodic on-site audits and reviews at each subsidiary every fiscal year.
Responsibilities/工作內容:
◥ Produced and reviewed scheduled and ad-hoc client reports (institutional reports, presentations, standard and bespoke reports) with accuracy and timeliness.
◥ Compiled investment data on Taiwan equities, onshore/offshore funds, and ETFs (including performance, attribution, key figures, and sector allocations) using Excel VBA, internal FA systems, and external sources (e.g., CMoney, Bloomberg).
◥ Supported onboarding of reporting requirements for existing and new clients, while responding to ad-hoc queries in a timely and accurate manner.
◥ Coordinated client information requests and collaborated with investment, distribution, operations, legal, compliance, and risk teams, ensuring effective communication with clients, account managers, and vendors.
◥ Actively participated in regional and global projects, assuming basic project management responsibilities (e.g., specifications, timelines, structure) when required.
◥ Assessed and enhanced existing processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
◥ Drafted and maintained process documentation and service procedures.
◥ Managed change requests and issue escalations to maintain ongoing reporting quality and accuracy.
Direct Responsibilities:
•Training to handle orders and deals for investment products including fixed income and structured products.
•Training to respond to enquiry of product information, price quotation and order status.
•Assist to prepare product marketing materials and review related product document
•Training to conduct portfolio analysis and provide advice for necessary action.
•Track product performance and follow up recommended products and propose investment solutions
•Familiarize with external regulations and internal guidelines/procedures; ensure trades/products are done in accordance with internal rules and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Investment Analysis and Evaluation:
● Research and identify emerging market trends, potential investment
opportunities, and areas for portfolio diversification.
● Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments.
● Develop and maintain an investment pipeline by leveraging industry contacts
and market insights. Actively engage in industry events, visits, and exchanges
with peers to stay abreast of market trends and uncover new investment
opportunities.
● Craft investment theses and present findings and recommendations to the
investment committee.
2. Portfolio Management:
● Portfolio Evaluation: Regularly review and adjust the investment portfolio in line
with market changes and company goals.
● Risk Management: Implement strategies to minimize risks and protect
investments
● Reporting: Provide clear, regular updates on portfolio performance to
stakeholders.
● Board Involvement: Participate in board meetings of invested companies to
offer strategic insights and oversee investment performance.
3. Strategic Financial Planning:
● Collaborate with senior management to align investment strategies with the
organization's financial goals.
● Provide insights and strategic guidance on financial matters, including capital
structure, liquidity management, and long-term financial planning.
4. Corporate Structuring and Governance:
● Design and oversee the implementation of efficient corporate structures for
designated entities.
● Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards.
● Develop employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) and other incentive
schemes.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
● Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including
internal teams, external investees and partners, and industry experts.
● Effectively communicate investment strategies and decisions to diverse
audiences.
Qualification
● Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related
field. Advanced degree a plus.
● At least 3 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis,
or a similar role.
● Demonstrated business acumen and decision making skills.
● Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
