As a Project Manager at Eason Sourcing, you’ll serve as the key link between our clients, internal teams, and operational success. You’ll lead multilingual customer service and digital outsourcing projects while driving and supporting continuous service improvement across various business units and countries.

Your Responsibilities:
✔Plan and execute BPO / call center / market research projects from end to end
✔Define project timelines, allocate resources, and manage risk and quality
✔Collaborate across departments (Customer Service, HR, IT, Finance) to deliver results
✔Coordinate with team leaders and clients on regular reviews, data analysis, and supporting to optimize SOPs and workflows
✔Development and Contribute to strategic growth market
【Requirements】
✔Experience in project management or a strong understanding of PM processes
✔Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔Comfortable working in multicultural and cross-functional teams
✔Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in English (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent level)
