1. Primarily develop marketing communications collateral, including translating articles from English to Chinese, developing sales letters, and producing and sending client newsletters.
2. Maintain client database and client relationship, collate customer satisfaction results.
3. Manage Facebook fan page to increase company awareness; co-manage LINE official account to enhance consumer engagement. Writing publish press release to raise company’s media visibility, reputation and sales - leads all public relations efforts in the market to ensure consistent messaging.
4. Handle internal communication including Employee newsletter, White paper, and related tasks.
5. Ensure all sales materials adhere to company’s global brand guidelines as well as coordinate with Group Marketing. Keep company's website updated under global guidance.
6. Handle incoming requests, understand client’s needs before pass on to the research team.
7. Conduct all marketing activities including client events, speaking engagements, collateral development, and direct mail/email campaigns. Support team on related marketing communication tasks
