Market intelligence generation and research projects to support business future growth.
Be responsible for commercial project management, including menu and pricing strategy.
Support channel and product layer growth plan.

• Lead value initiatives and develop marketing promotion activities, tracking results to understand business impact.
• Lead menu and pricing strategy development based on commercial and consumer insight.
• Drive own Media communication material development and calendar development

• Research projects management: Coordinate with external research agencies for brand health tracking. Lead research-related project from preparation to post-result sharing.
• Generate consumer insights and market intelligence that support business strategies and decision-making.
• Sales data analysis from product view, scheme view, channel view, etc, to form deep understanding for on-going business.

• Cross-Functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and EC/CRM team to ensure smooth coordination and on-time delivery of initiatives.
