Position Details:
This will be a full-time teaching role, with an estimated 25 class hours per week and associated reporting, paperwork, etc.
The person in this role will be responsible for the HR needs of the organization, including but not limited to: recruiting new teaching staff, conducting interviews and teaching demos, assisting with onboarding of new staff, and updating staff profiles.
Other duties of the job will include: participating in meetings with prospective clients and occasionally assisting other administrative tasks (e.g. invoicing, scheduling).
Requirements:
Must be a passport holder from a native English-speaking country.
Must possess a B.A. or higher.
Must be able to teach either English or math through high school.
Ideally, will have 5+ years of relevant prior experience (preference will be given to those with experience in both teaching and administrative work).
Must be able to fulfill all the requirements of a Taiwan work permit.
Benefits:
Starting salary $70k/month, to rise to $73k/month after 3-month probationary period.
$20k bonus at the completion of each 12-month period of employment.
Yearly expenses-paid company trip. Previous destinations include Japan, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

This role is designed for a senior-level customer service professional who can independently handle advanced and complex customer needs.
The position acts as a key support within the team, facilitating cross-department collaboration and ensuring both service quality and customer satisfaction.
1. Communicate with internal teams (e.g., IT, finance) to understand and fulfill customer service requests, such as remittance inquiries, account issues, or app-related support.
2. Understand and follow customer service SOPs to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints across various channels (e.g., phone, chat, email), and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
4. Coordinate with relevant departments to solve customer issues related to transaction status, delays, or technical concerns.
5. Clearly communicate service updates, account or billing information, and next steps to customers.
6. Maintain positive relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
7. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor, such as system testing, reporting, or documentation updates.

1.Present and sell switch products and services to current and potential customers.
2.Conduct required market survey and marketing plan to support sales growth.
