Telephone Answering
•Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
•Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate personnel.
•Provide basic information to callers or transfer calls to the relevant departments.
•Maintain a call log and update contact lists as needed.
Visitor Reception
•Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
•Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to visitors.
Mail & Package Handling
•Handle daily incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
•Regularly go to the post office to send company letters and packages.
•Provide general administrative support (e.g., photocopying, organizing documents).
Administration supports
•Provide administrative support to associates.
•Support employee relations activities in site; assist in compliance of HR policy and documentation.
•Support other site activities as required.
