Cloud Infra Automation: Design and deploy infrastructure on bare metal or cloud using Terraform, Ansible, or Helm. Automate workflows with Python or Go. 工作內容: 1. 解決方案架構 - Solution Architecture (50%) - 了解客戶的實體和數位資訊環境並找出挑戰；提供與 Iron Mountain 服務相關的問題解決方案。 - 規劃 Iron Mountain 數位產品組合中的解決方案。 - 提供解決方案配置建議、架構圖、報價 / 排程 / 合約 / 工作說明書 (SOW) 的創建、修改和支援。 - 精通總體擁有成本 (TCO) 和投資報酬率 (ROI) 建模。 2. 售前 - Presales (50%) - 呈現解決方案概述和示範。 - 回答進階產品問題。 - 試點 / 概念驗證 (POC) 的開發、追蹤和支援。 - 回答銷售團隊問題並根據需要提供培訓。 - 支援 RFP 和 RFQ/RFI 的技術部分。 - 收集和分享市場趨勢、產業趨勢和競爭對手的情報。 - 參加相關的貿易展覽和行銷活動，以創造和推進機會。 - 超越指定的銷售管道和配額達成。 職務需求 大專以上學歷，並需有資訊管理相關背景，具備以下 5 至 10 年的工作經驗： - 熟悉電子內容管理解決方案、文件管理系統、工作流程、業務流程管理和資訊治理。 - 了解企業軟體在結構化和非結構化資料和內容管理方面的應用。 - 熟悉雲端 SaaS 或地端內容服務、數位儲存和資訊管理。 - 具備圍繞現代數位技術及其在業務轉型中影響的產業特定專業知識。 - 具備諮詢式解決方案銷售和售前經驗。 - 能夠在 Iron Mountain 內部各個層級協作，並為從營運到高階主管 (C-level) 的客戶提供服務。 - 了解電子資源管理、客戶關係管理、文件內容管理、資訊治理和商業智慧。 - 熟悉企業資料儲存/歸檔技術和應用程式。 - 了解 Amazon S3、Microsoft Azure、Google Cloud Platform 等雲端儲存和地端數位儲存解決方案。 其他需求: - 精通英語並具備出色的書寫、口語和演示能力。 - 作為顧問所需的強大人際交往能力，包括提問、傾聽和理解、分析和處理資訊、將客戶需求與解決方案關聯、規劃和回應當前客戶問題以及未來可預見問題的能力。 - 能夠開放溝通，必要時謹慎，樂於學習和分享資訊/職涯經驗。 - 具備高度的自我激勵和好奇心，樂於尋求答案。 - 理想情況下是外向型，具備影響和談判他人的能力。 - 具備決策能力和宏觀思維，考慮對 Iron Mountain 和客戶的影響。
