Nature and Scope 1. 操作鋼瓶檢測設備(噴砂，超音波檢測，水壓檢測)之定期保養維護, 並且至致力於作業流程的持續改善, 以提升作業效率及作業量 Perform regular maintenance of cylinder inspection equipment (including sandblasting, ultrasonic testing, and hydrostatic testing), and dedicate efforts to continuously improving operational workflows to enhance work efficiency and throughput. 2. 維護鋼瓶上條碼標籤 Maintain barcode labels on gas cylinders 3. 建立及維護新鋼瓶與集束組裝作業流程, 以便因應鋼瓶組裝的新需求將該作業外包給合格承攬商來執行 Establish and maintain operational workflows for new cylinder and bundle assembly, enabling outsourcing of the process to qualified contractors to meet emerging assembly requirements 4. 問題鋼瓶的檢查及報廢 Perform cylinder inspection and dispose of unqualified cylinders. 5. 執行每日維修作業活動的紀錄 Perform daily maintenance activity record. 本廠生產供電子廠用為高純度氨氣(NH3)的自動生產純化製造,主要供應對象: 半導廠/面板廠/LED廠。 工作內容：中控室電腦監控，現場設備操作及巡檢, 充填鋼瓶。需要輪班,四班三輪(8小時制)。做六休二後轉換班別。 早班08:00～16:00 中班16:00～24:00 晚班00:00～08:00 *本廠非常注重安全，製程因是自動化設備操作，所以在每階段都有防止洩漏的控制對應。洩漏檢知與防護訓練是基本的，運作多年以來，皆為零災害零事故，並以人員的安全第一為目標。 *若無相關證照者，錄取後會安排參訓。
