Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and adaptable QA/QC professionals for ad hoc, project-based assignments. This role supports client needs across inspection, quality assurance, and compliance in sectors such as energy, manufacturing, construction, or industrial equipment. Ideal candidates are independent, highly competent, and can be deployed on short notice.
Key Responsibilities are included but not limited to:
1. Execute on-site or remote inspections as per client specifications, relevant standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, IEC), or ITPs.
2. Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance documentation, and recommend corrective actions.
3. Review and verify material certificates, manufacturing records, and test reports.
4. Be as the client representatives and discuss with the suppliers during production, testing, or final inspections.
5. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality protocols.
6. Adapt quickly to different project environments and requirements.
Requirements:
1. Certifications such as CSWIP, AWS-CWI, PCN, NACE, ISO Lead Auditor, API Inspector based on the scope of the assignment.
2. Proven experience in QA/QC, inspection, or quality engineering—preferably in the energy, heavy machinery, or infrastructure sector.
3. At least good at writing and reading in English.
4. Familiar with applicable standards such as ISO 17020, ISO 9001, ASME, API, IEC, or equivalent.
5. Able to work independently and deliver quality results under tight timelines.
6. Legal working right in Taiwan
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience handling vendor inspections, FAT/SAT, or third-party surveillance.
2. Background in mechanical, electrical, welding, or materials engineering.
3. Knowledge of common QA/QC software tools and report templates.
4. Willingness to travel on short notice (local or regional).
