About the job (駐廠工程師)

What will you do as “Field Service Engineer”?
o Provide project handling and customer support, including modifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing, customer training, and repairing NOVA systems.
o Act as the primary liaison between NOVA Japan and customers, overseeing system performance, data collection, reporting, and customer satisfaction.
o Quantify system performance using statistical techniques, ensuring system-to-system matching.
o Coordinate all service activities with customers to maximize system uptime.

1. Co-work with Sales Team to do the Pre-Sales/Post-Sales/Training, etc.
2. Generate the Documentation/Video e.g. FAQ/Training Slides/User Guide, etc.
3. Co-work with Marketing Team on White paper/Article Writing, etc.
4. Support Exhibition including the Live demo, Key theme, Articles, and etc.
5. Co-work with PM/PQA/RD to Support Key Accounts
Job Summary

- Closely follow up on all accounts and manage the respective projects.
- Consistently communicate with both internal and external to push projects forward.
- Drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Collect market info and formulate sales strategy.

1. Firmware configuration and maintenance for new product bring up
2. Target creation for new products in our code bases
3. Firmware maintenance to adapt for new products
4. Firmware validation to ensure operability on new products
5. Firmware builds and releases
6. Issue triage and resolution or escalation
7. Test script adaptation and maintenance
8. Cross-functional communication and reporting including daily meetings with China / USA factory teams during build prep
9. Good English communication and PM skills
