What you will do: Key Activities And Responsibilities - Technical team coordination & management: Lead & approve the basic and detailed design of all technical aspects of an integrated solution, in line with customer and contract requirements (technical performance); - Make sure the project technical team delivers according to the project planning; - Monitor technical costs, make sure budget for the technical part is under control; - Coordinate all technical implementation activities done at factories or supplier premises and testing facilities until project closure. Technical coordination of project stakeholders: - Work in close collaboration with PM & other technical designers and engineers who take care of part of the technical scope; - Identifies whether specific expertise support is needed and coordinate the expertise actions if any; - Lead and coordinate all technical aspects of the sub-contracted parts of the project, in strong coordination with the procurement team; - Act as a single point of contact for all project stakeholders regarding the technical content of the project; and ensure technical coordination among the project team. Design & Implementation: according to her/his field of knowledge: Perform, review some design and specification activities, by leveraging Schneider Electric portfolio of products & systems in an optimized manner, in order to maximize profitability and limit technical risks; May perform some implementation/test activities (testing, FAT, etc). Risk & Opportunity Management, Change management, Alert: - Identify any potential changes versus contract or already agreed design; - Work closely with PM to specify the changes and their implications for Schneider Electric (including cost impact evaluation), until getting a variation order. - Alert PM of any substantial issue that could affect the project performance or customer satisfaction. Customer interactions: - Lead technical discussions and clarifications with customers. - Act as the key and trusty contact person for all technical topics related to the project. Quality process, Methods, Tools: - Support PM to ensure full compliance with Schneider-Electric processes (especially Customer Project Process & Technical Design Process), and with quality instructions, safety requirements, and governance principles. - Lead the technical team to correct any technical deviations or quality issues occurring during project execution. Community of practices & Coaching: - Take part in Technical Leaders' Community of Practice within her/his Execution Center, or globally within Technical Excellence Community network. - Identify, get, formalize, share and promote lessons learned and best practices. - Act as a role model and/or coach junior technical engineers and designers. - Be connected with Line of Businesses and stay tuned on the last technical evolutions of equipment & systems (in her/his field of engineering, acting then as a referent in the Community).

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while aligning with business goals. THE ROLE: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of large-scale IT initiatives (e.g., infrastructure upgrades, software deployments, ERP implementations, cloud migrations) Transferring customer requirements into new and existing IT processes and solution concepts and providing technical support with specialist departments and partners Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders Development of complex program and project plans incl. visualization of process flows IT sourcing: creating business cases for “make or buy” decisions Process and tool management, work planning & tracking Program and project controlling and reporting, project budget planning, staffing and controlling Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies Management of internal and, if necessary, external project participants and service providers You will support the design of the IT strategy and the digital roadmap Strong communications capabilities and ensure timely communication with stakeholders, including regular status reports Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. SKILLS: Master's degree or diploma in (business) informatics or adequate professional training 8+ years of experience in managing IT programs and projects Experience with consolidation and cloud projects Interdisciplinary management experience (direct management experience desirable) Experience in IT architecture, IT consulting and agile/hybrid project management PM certification as PMI PMP (or other PM method) an advantage In-depth business knowledge for the development of business cases, calculations and economic evaluations If possible, experience in international companies and international projects You are a strong communicator and have very good analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills as well as a confident manner in dealing with different stakeholders You are curious about new areas of work and are willing to actively change and shape existing systems
