Sales Specialist – (Taiwan, Central & North Regions)
Role Summary
The Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling embecta’s Diabetes Care products within Taiwan’s Central and Northern regions. This role drives the adoption of embecta-branded diabetes drug delivery devices, develops business opportunities with strategic accounts, and builds strong brand recognition. The position requires analytical and strategic skills to create effective business plans and a passion for providing solutions that improve the lives of people with diabetes.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet/exceed sales objectives in assigned territory and key accounts.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with sales strategy.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, medical staff, educators, and pharmacists to drive customer development and brand loyalty.
• Demonstrate product expertise and ability to convert competitive volume.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to establish a continuum of care for patients.
• Manage customer accounts, optimize territory performance, and maximize revenue.
• Partner with Retail and Market Access teams to expand access to embecta devices.
• Contribute to company culture by exemplifying embecta values.
• Complete administrative tasks on time and manage resources within budget.

Basic Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in customer-focused solutions.
• Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities and growing sales in Taiwan’s Central and Northern regions.

• Identify Prospects: Lead efforts to research and identify potential clients, hospitals, healthcare facilities, and distributors in the global medical devices market.
• Explore Opportunities: Foster and leverage relationships between vendors and customers to drive the development of new business opportunities.
• Sales Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote medical devices, ensuring the attainment of sales targets and revenue goals.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's medical device products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, market competition, and regulatory changes to adapt and optimize sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
• Presentations and Demonstrations: Oversee and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients, effectively showcasing the value and applications of medical devices.
• Sales Materials: Lead the creation and customization of sales materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Negotiation and Contracts: Skillfully negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring accurate completion of all necessary paperwork in full compliance with regulations.
• Sales Reporting: Supervise the maintenance of detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
• Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and manufacturing teams, to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
