1.熟悉 ISO 9001 品質管理體系、8D 報告、FA、CAPA、DOE、FMEA 等品質工具 2.能處理客訴、重大品質異常事件，保持冷靜與專業應對 3.改善品質異常、客訴處理報告撰寫、整合廠內/客戶需求及改善對策之效果追蹤 4.具備內/外稽核經驗，ISO 9001、IATF 16949、客戶稽核應對經驗尤佳 5.優化供應商管理，負責督導協力廠商評等程序之建立、執行與檢討
