We are seeking a hands-on technology leader to drive our R&D efforts, with a strong focus on RFID antenna and inlay design. Role Overview 作為軟體工程經理，您將成為工程領導團隊中的關鍵成員，負責管理一個或多個工程團隊及多個核心系統。您將承擔組織策略、團隊流程與系統設計和實施的責任。 在這個角色中，您將與其他領導者合作，並與業務夥伴及工程師並肩工作，共同制定產品路線圖，實現公司的戰略願景。此外，您將與同儕及高層領導協作，確立並推動組織最佳實踐，優化軟體開發生命週期（SDLC），改善我們的生態系統（基礎設施、工具集、流程等），進而強化我們的工程組織。 我們理想的候選人不僅是一位卓越的工程師，能夠跨部門協作，還能夠作為其他工程師的導師和領導者，帶領工程團隊成長，並積極改善所處環境的條件。我們是一個精心設計的小型組織，追求敏捷、高效與靈活，而這個角色正是我們團隊的核心。 Responsibilities Management Responsibilities: • 透過管理、指導與培育來領導團隊。 • 與團隊主管、產品/專案經理及業務夥伴合作，優化公司政策與標準。 • 推動團隊與組織的健康發展，包括人才招募、流程優化及提升團隊績效與效能。 Software Development Process Responsibilities: • 理解業務需求，推動工程優先順序與權衡取捨，以快速有效地交付功能，同時減少技術債的累積。 • 提出技術發展建議並改善低效流程。 • 制定標準與流程，確保品質標準的一致性與達成。 • 培養團隊，確保最終產品的高品質。 • 持續優化工程流程，提升團隊士氣與產出，推動實用且循序漸進的設計，同時兼顧長遠的架構發展。 Requirements Skills & Abilities: • 具備實際動手解決問題的能力，擁有創業心態。 • 具有管理、指導、培育及發展軟體工程團隊的經驗。 • 具備求知慾與開放思維，擁有成長型思維模式。 • 重視坦誠的反饋價值，能夠定期提供高品質的回饋，也能良好地接受他人意見。 • 具備出色的口頭與書面溝通能力，能夠清楚地與跨部門團隊（技術、非技術、客戶或高層）交流。 • 能夠在矩陣式工程組織中良好工作。 • 能夠與工程師及產品負責人建立良好連結並有效合作。 Education & Experience: • 資訊工程、計算機科學、相關技術領域的學士學位，或同等的實務經驗。 • 至少 10 年以上軟體工程經驗。 • 至少 3 年以上管理經驗。 • 具備紮實的關聯式資料庫與 SQL 知識。 • 深入理解 Web 應用架構與設計。 • 具有在 Unix/Linux 環境下開發軟體的經驗。 Compensation: • Monthly Salary: 110k-130k • Full Package (Monthly Salary + Bonus + RSU): About 2.3M-2.6M Language Note: • 我們後端開發語言為Perl，但可以進來再學習

1.需具備10年以上半導體封裝或電子元器件封裝領域從業經歷，熟悉封裝全流程技術細節，包括但不限於引線鍵合、倒裝焊、晶圓級封裝、系統級封裝（SiP）、功率器件封裝等主流工藝，瞭解不同封裝形式的技術特點與應用場景，全新產品開發（製圖、框架設計、耗材新開發、全新封裝設備評估、無到有） 2.需擁有 10年以上研發團隊管理經驗，曾帶領 20人以上 RD 團隊開展工作，具備團隊組建、人才梯隊建設能力，能根據專案需求合理分配人力，制定清晰的團隊發展規劃，培養核心技術骨幹。 3.熟悉研發專案管理方法論，能主導從專案立項、需求拆解、方案評審到測試驗證、量產交付的全流程推進，具備跨部門協作能力（如與生產、採購、品質部門對接），確保研發目標按時達成。
