Responsibilities
Cost Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and provide recommendations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget development and financial forecasts by analyzing historical data and market trends.
Cost Control: Implement cost-control strategies, monitor expenses, and recommend corrective actions to meet financial targets.
Financial Reporting: Prepare cost and variance analysis reports, highlighting key cost drivers and budget deviations.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process optimizations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with finance, operations, procurement, and project teams to align cost management strategies.
Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate invoices, ensure proper approvals, and distribute to customers.
Accounts Receivable & Invoice Processing: Analyze aging reports, track collections, and verify vendor invoices for compliance.
Inventory & Fixed Asset Counts: Plan and coordinate PI counts with relevant departments.

Financial & Cost Analysis: Proficiency in financial statements, cost structures, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

- Communication between Taiwan branch and Korea HQ and then ensure all CO activities could be done correctly in time.
[Daily works]
- Writing HQ's report in korean.
- Communication between Taiwan branch and Korea HQ.
- Prepare Forecast(SOK-BO) and Month-End activities.
[Mission]
- Make sure and manager all works of Finance part are fully compliant with HQ's guideline and policy.
- Know how to control business risk and solve issues efficiently.
- Ensure the whole works are correctly and smoothly done in time.
- Understand Samsung's vision, strategy, mission and then set goals for Finance part.
1.Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
2.Ensure compliance with Mexican accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
3.Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support management decisions.
4.Implement and maintain accounting systems, internal controls, and financial processes for the new facility.
5.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, procurement, and IT to align financial processes with business operations.
6.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency, cost control, and profitability.
