We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Account Manager to join Ufispace. This role need delivering our networking solutions to global Tier 1 customers, strategic partners, and channels in Telecom and AI Data Center markets. You will play a key role in expanding our presence across the APAC region through new market development and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across APAC, and formulate go-to-market strategies and channel development plans. Provide annual sales forecasts and projections
2. Represent as company sales and leading the business discussion & negotiation in order to close the deal.
3. Build, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, partners, and regional stakeholders
4. Lead project execution and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely deliverable
5. Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to support strategic planning and execution
1. Prefer to have more than 10 years business development experience, solid embedded background in IPC, retail tech and healthcare is preferred.
2. Product focus: OEM scanner line, including but not limited to scan engine, integrated scan module and fixed reader.
3. Ability to develop new business and new customers in embedded application market with a proven track record.
4. Good technical and engineering degree background
5. Direct sales experience, able to contact and manage relationship.
6. Good presentation and communication skill.

1.Having 3-year experience in OEM/ODM business.
2.Work on RFQ, analyze & identify opportunities for new opportunities.
3.High patience working on cost analysis and preparation.
4.Co-work with PM to get project development status and feedback to customer.
5.Daily communication bridge between customer and internal team (factory, FCST/parts fulfillment, engineers, PMs) to meet customer’s demand.
6.Daily shipment and Inventory control

9.Generate new opportunities through existing relationships.
1. Directs the sales development of BU products to formulate sales plan with Channel and Direct account customers to reach sales target of annual revenue.
2. Manages Channel customers and to supervise & train Distributor in terms of enhancing product knowledge, developing monthly sales forecast, closely following up with order, shipment and project status to ensure monthly sales accomplishment.
3. Presents product roadmap & strategies and new product introduction to clear identify product positioning to key customers.
4. Maintain customer relationship and current product/shipment/after sales status on customer requirement for existing and future products to enhance customer loyalty.
