Suntek Global is a global leader in tailored development solutions embedded vision product engineering and electronics manufacturing. In order to continue our seamless collaboration with clients on highly customized development and manufacturing, we are looking for a self-motivated Senior Supply Chain Specialist to help manage and improve our supply chain processes.
The ideal candidate is proactive and willing to collaborate with the different stakeholders to effectively manage the company’s supply chain. Further responsibility will include managing the company’s purchasing processes, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and cost-effectively. The successful candidate will be a central pillar to our business and your work will be essential for delivering our growth plans over the coming 5 years.
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES / QUALIFICATIONS
1.) 出、入倉管理 : 出、入倉,核對數量與規格(搭配進(銷)貨單/出貨單) 入庫分類整理與驗收(含瑕疵處理)。
2.) 所有進出口運輸文件的整理與安排,包括商業發票、裝箱單、快遞單及報關相關文件等。
3.) 管理本地和國際物流安排,確保零部件/子组件按時到達,避免物料短缺。
4.) 與項目經理及工程師合作,在 ERP 系统中建立並维護准確的零件规格(含單價)以及產品的物料清單(BOM)。
5.) 准確記錄所有倉庫物料(包含外部倉庫)的進出庫情况,確保能夠清楚掌握庫存的可用狀態。
6.) 管理倉庫零部件/子组件的備料與上架工作,持續掌握庫存的實際存放位置。
7.) 定期盤點各地點的庫存數量,協助財務及管理層識别因生產良率低、遗失或失窃等因素造成的庫存損耗。
8.) 需協助公司產品生產線组裝與測試工作。
9.) 需整理相關報表。
10.) 執行主管指派的交辦事項。

1.) Manage the arrangement of all export/import shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, courier waybills, and customs documents.
2.) Manage local/international logistic arrangements to ensure components/sub-assemblies arrive on time and there are no shortages
3.) Work with project managers and engineers to build/maintain both accurate component specifications (with unit costs) as well as product BOMs within the ERP system.
4.) Accurately record all component movements into/out of the warehouse so that other teams have a clear understanding of what is and isn’t available.
5.) Manage the physical picking and/or placement of warehouse components/sub-assemblies in order to have a constant knowledge of inventory location.
6.) Regularly conduct counts of inventory quantities in all locations to help finance and management identify potential shrinkage due to low production yields, loss or theft.
7.) Prepare inventory related reports per needs.
8.) Assist with assembly line production and testing of Suntek products, as needed.
9.) Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

(2) 具數據與報表分析能力: 彙整訂單/物料/出貨等管理報表。熟悉 SAP、Excel(資料整理、VLOOKUP)、Power BI、Power query、SAP等基礎操作。
(3) 參加與客戶的每週定期、不定期會議,報告物料與生產狀況及問題、商討客戶需求與其它相關要求事項。
(4) 具handle ODM tier-1 account fulfillment 工作經驗尤佳。
(1) Demand management and supply coordination: End-to-end management from order receipt to successful delivery to the customer, covering order intake, inventory management, order processing, and shipping. Coordinate across supply chain functions and communicate with customers to understand reasons for lead-time changes and potential risks, work with relevant factory departments on solutions, and ensure supply-demand balance to meet customer delivery targets.
(2) Data and reporting analysis skills: Consolidate daily/weekly/monthly management reports for orders/materials/production/shipments. Proficient in basic tools such as Excel (data processing, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Power BI, Power Query, and SAP.
(3) Customer meetings: Participate in weekly and ad-hoc meetings with customers to report material and production status and issues, and to discuss customer demand and other related requirements.
(4) Experience: Experience handling ODM Tier-1 account fulfillment is a strong plus.
