You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Data teams to ensure our pricing approach supports business growth, customer value, and competitive differentiation. Key Responsibilities: Pricing Strategy & Vendor Engagement 1. Own pricing strategy and negotiation with Texas Instruments for analog ICs across categories such as power management, op-amps, converters, and interface ICs. 2. Collaborate with TI to maintain competitive pricing, secure pricing support, and drive hero part adoption across end applications. 3. Resolve pricing discrepancies and maintain alignment across BGs and vendor accounts. Quotation Management & Pricing Governance 1. Provide and manage accurate, consistent pricing quotations for internal Foxconn Business Groups (BGs), covering various programs and customers. 2. Control and enforce internal pricing policies, tracking authorized pricing levels and ensuring consistent margin targets. 3. Maintain pricing databases and dashboards for internal visibility, reporting, and audit readiness. Technical & Application Collaboration 1. Work with FAEs and engineering teams to review function block diagrams and recommend optimal TI analog ICs based on design requirements. 2. Help identify and promote hero parts to streamline sourcing and drive cost-effective design strategies. Sales Enablement & Design-In Growth 1. Partner with the sales team to identify high-potential opportunities and drive more design-ins of TI analog ICs. 2. Support BOM analysis and part recommendations for strategic programs, helping win more sockets and secure volume pricing. 3. Align with sales on account-specific pricing and design-in programs to increase revenue and supplier engagement. Market Analysis & Internal Reporting 1. Analyze industry trends, customer demand, and competitor pricing to inform strategy and support proactive pricing adjustments. 2. Consolidate pricing and usage data across all Foxconn BGs to drive insights, identify opportunities, and guide supplier strategy.
