2. Select suitable solution/equipment to meet customers’ criteria and requirement.
3. Handle competition and arrange resource to win market share and beat Quota.
1. Build key accounts into strategic partners and drive sustaining design wins and market share growth.
2. Coordinate with customer & cross function team (R&D/Sales/MFG/Logistic).
3. Collaborate closely with internal Cybertan teams including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operation, Quality, R&D and Marketing.
4. Weekly con-call & meeting with customer.
5. Product cost/profit management/benchmark
6. Host regular con-call with customer and chip vendor
7. Encourage/push team members/vendors to overcome any challenges in product development to meet target/commitment
