As a Senior Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Specimen Management portfolio. You will own and account for success of Product. Your key responsibility will develop and execute product strategies, support sales teams, engage with key stakeholders, and ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of products. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive product growth and market share.
• Serve as the product expert, providing in-depth product knowledge and training to internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support key account development, customer engagement, and field activities.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
• Lead product launches, including planning, training, promotional materials, and post-launch evaluation.
• Work closely with regional and global teams to align local strategies with corporate objectives.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.
