Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

【The Role】
This role is responsible to build, maintain, and repair the process equipment in an effective/efficient manner to allow for production output requirements to be achieve on a routine basis.

【In this role you will】
• Schedule work of maintenance.
• Perform preventatives maintenance and repair on process equipment.
• Identify spare parts necessary to repair machinery.
• Troubleshoots and repair mechanical and electro-mechanical systems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoots a variety of sensors and PLC interface.
• Disassemble and diagnose mechanical, electrical and programming failures.
• Maintain manuals of PM and replacement parts.
• Maintain files and records in an orderly manner for future reference.
• Establish and promote the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions.
• Establish and ensure compliance to department safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

【Traits we believe make a strong candidate】
• 3~5 years related experience.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred, but related experience in lieu of education may also be considered.
• Experience with equipment installation and maintenance.
• Demonstrated electro-mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read P&IDs and engineering drawings, control drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience working with and troubleshooting with servo motor, stepping motor, pump, sensors (i.e. temperature, level, pressure, flow etc.), and PLC (i.e. Allen Bradly/Mitsubishi/Keyence etc).
• Experience in hydraulic electrical, mechanical and PLC (i.e. Allen Bradly/Mitsubishi/Keyence/Siemens etc).
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of plant equipment, operations and processes.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with machine vendors.
• Able to diagnose and make correction for equipment faults and programming error effectively.
• Experience within the Semiconductor or Specialty Chemical industry strongly preferred

Proven to be effective in working with engineers, customers, product support group, and operations, etc. In terms of to improve the production system uptime, MTBF, MCBA, MTTR, to improve the slot availability to meet the commitment to customer.

Opportunity Overview
1.On-site service of the production (tester) system at the customer OSAT factories, include the downtime trouble shooting, jam recover, utilization improvement.
2.Performing the new system installation or any upgrade or retrofits.
3.Data collection and data first level analyzing to find the issues root causes such as the mechanical, electrical and automation problems
4.Daily on duty reporting of the major issues to the team.
5.Preventative maintenance per the guideline periodically.
6.Issues reporting and escalations internally.

- Perform preventative maintenance service in customer site
- Perform customer site troubleshooting to assist Customer Service Engineer
- Serve as customer contact on Technical and Service-related matter and escalate to CSE if needed
- Provide service support on urgent case
- Be services front line for understanding customer issue and transferring them to the CSE/CSM
- Responsible for daily data collection and basic recovery
