- Meet assigned strategic account OI and sales quota.
- Represent the whole spectrum of the business’s products and services to assigned accounts.
- Engage, expand and maintain relationships with relationships with assigned accounts.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
- Manage and close sales opportunities discovered as a result of account initiatives through collaborations with internal and external resources.
- Work with Application Engineering team / channel partners to assist customers to solve product technical issues.
- Develop branding awareness in accounts.

工作內容:
To lead the team to cover supply chain management including supplier identification and evaluation, negotiation, package, purchase order follow-up,
production and on-time shipment.
To source, maintain, and develop solid supplier matrix and work with buyers on new products.
To coach and develop team members to provide good service to customers
Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Willing to travel to China and Overseas.
