As an ESG Sustainbility & Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the company’s ESG strategies. This position is part of the General Manager Office, demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to making ESG a core part of its business strategy.
Your responsibilities will include corporate sustainability management, carbon reduction planning, product carbon footprint assessments, and international ESG certifications. You will also collaborate across departments to drive the company’s sustainability goals and engage with stakeholders.
In response to the growing global focus on net-zero emissions, sustainable supply chains, and regulatory compliance, this role is expected to become a key driver of ESG transformation and innovation within the company, working closely with senior management to enhance the company’s sustainability competitiveness.

Responsibilities :
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Promote organizational greenhouse gas inventory for domestic and international sites, achieve carbon reduction goals, and foster climate action.
2. Execute product carbon footprint assessment projects to improve the environmental performance of products.
3. Execute ESG/renewable energy-related international certifications to enhance the company's sustainable competitiveness in the global market.
Secondary Support:
4. Integrate and prepare corporate sustainability reports to meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder demands.
5. Integrate corporate governance assessments to promote sustainable development dimensions, enhancing corporate governance and sustainability performance.
6. Drive and maintain the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) management system to ensure the supply chain meets sustainability standards.
7. Facilitate cross-departmental and stakeholder collaboration, introduce sustainability thinking, execute ESG projects, and communicate effectively.
8. Conduct ESG training and awareness activities to enhance employee and stakeholder participation and understanding.

工作職責:
主要負責:
1. 推動國內外組織型溫室氣體盤查,實現減碳目標,並促進氣候行動。
2. 執行產品碳足跡盤查專案,提升產品的環境績效。
3. 執行ESG/再生能源相關之國際認證,提升公司在全球市場中的永續競爭力。
次要支援:
4. 整合並編製企業永續報告書,以符合法規要求與利害關係人需求。
5. 整合公司治理評鑑,推動永續發展面向,提升公司治理與永續績效。
6. 推動並維護RBA(負責任商業聯盟)管理系統,確保供應鏈符合永續標準。
7. 促進跨部門及利害關係人合作,導入永續思維,執行ESG專案並有效溝通。
8. 辦理ESG教育訓練與宣導活動,提升員工及利害關係人的參與度與認知。
- 熟悉台灣環境部公布之自願減量143項方法學
- 透過ISO 14064-1 及 GHG Protocol 方法學推動業務
- 協助推動國內「自主減量計畫」及「自願減量專案」
- 協助建案碳足跡盤查與碳權申請
- 撰寫碳交易申請文件並追蹤市場趨勢
- 跨部門技術協作
【Job Description】
- Study and interpret the 143 voluntary reduction methodologies announced by Taiwan's Ministry of Environment.
- Assist in carbon footprint assessment and reduction planning for new construction projects.
- Analyze and recommend appropriate reduction strategies.
- Prepare documentation for carbon credit applications.
- Track international carbon market developments and assist in evaluation model building.
- Coordinate technical integration and reduction goals across departments.
- Support other sustainability-related initiatives.

8. Other responsibilities as described in current system/Other designated task listed in auditor/verifier job description in the latest O-chart. The business travel is needed, if no assigned job, can be home base
無任務指派時,視情況返回總公司,以外勤及在家備勤與其他公司指派的任務為主
9. Prepare the ESG related training courses/Q&A, and to be the trainer
製作永續發展相關領域教育訓練課程及相關問答集,並擔任講師
10. Conduct the technical review and to ensure the quality of the reports/opinions complying with the regulation
執行同儕技術審查,確保各項確證/查證案件是合規的
1. Develop new products and make feasibility assessment
2. New certification product import and implement, assist to promote the new product, and work with marketing team
3. Develop the LEED/WELL products in Taiwan
4. Achieving and maintenance of relevant qualification; Continuing expand personal qualification

6. Assist the training manager the registered training course work
