Job Purpose:
We are looking for an ambitious HR to join our team to oversee employee compensation and benefits, monthly payroll process, monthly commission calculation, etc.
Responsibilities:
【Payroll and Compensation】
- Oversee both FT and PT payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage employee benefits and insurance programs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Conduct regular market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
【Attendance and Welfare】
- Monitor and manage attendance tracking systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement employee welfare programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns related to attendance, welfare, and workplace policies.
【Compliance and Reporting】
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Taiwan.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to guide decision-making and improve HR processes.
