Requirements
o A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering (hardware) or equivalent experience
o Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with system level test in manufacturing test environments in terms of architecture/design, execution, data collection, analysis, correlations
Responsibilities
o Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for server systems
o Design and implement automated testing procedures to evaluate server performance and reliability
o Execute tests on server systems, including stress tests, performance tests, and security tests
o Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, and work with development teams to resolve them
o Monitor server performance and stability during testing
o Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on server performance and issues
o Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of server systems
o Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on system architecture and design
o Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and any issues encountered
o Create and update user manuals and technical documentation as needed
• Set up x86 and SoC platforms for electrical and functional validation.
• Set up thermal solutions, debugger, oscilloscopes, and power measurement equipment.
• Execute test plan on engineering systems that involve stress testing, functional testing, power measurements, etc.
• Independently manage a group of systems to ensure stability and uninterrupted operation.
• Assist in debug of basic PCB, chip, and network issues; document observations and report result to help resolve issues.
Basic scripting that includes modifying existing automation scripts where applicable Collect data/execute test plan for chip screening and fusing Collect data from large number of systems, verify logs, identify failures/marginalities/outliers and report to the function owner.
