Be the bridge between customer requirements and technical execution, driving engagement across PM, PJM, MIE, Product Design, and PE teams to align expectations and embed the voice of the customer (VOC) in every stage of product development. 2. Champion risk-based thinking using tools like DfM/A, D&PFMEA, Control Plan, and MSA. Your role is not to check boxes — it’s to ask bold questions, challenge assumptions, and remove roadblocks to success. 3. Lead AQP performance in the Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU), ensuring critical projects meet quality, timing, and launch readiness goals. 4. Guide execution of Molex’s PDP (Product Development Process) framework to anticipate problems before they happen, and build repeatable, robust systems. 5. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2.
