1. Job functions will include but not limit to NPI development,
MP supply management, market research, business strategy, and legal compliance.
2. Price management: Manage customer pricing. Lead the communication and potential negotiations. Ensure price accuracy and consistency.
3. Internal FCST: work closely with Account Specialists and Planning counterparts to update forecast in a weekly basis.
4. Manage the on-going project from sales perspective.
5. Stronger relationship builds up between customers and internal teams.
6. Problem solving & risk management
7. Lead sales team to meet team KPI and sales target.
