【職位內容】
1. Processes Corporate Settlement.
處理公司結算。
2. Manage Settlement of GFM products, reporting and risk management with a proven track record of automating processes and implementing quality improvements.
管理全球金融市場(GFM)遠期外匯及衍生性金融產品的結算、報告和風險管理,並在流程自動化和實施品質改進方面擁有良好記錄。
3. Expertize in reviewing FX supporting documents.

4. Ensures completeness and accurateness of daily operations.

5. Support supervisors to identify key issues and self-develop MIS analytics at ad-hoc base.

Job Description
● Develop and execute product strategy and marketing plan and be responsible for its related deployment and implementation to deliver set targets.
● Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and threats and initiate & promote appropriate strategies and plan
● Coordinate with GFM, third parties, internal departments (branches & operations) and external product providers to ensure smooth and quality execution of marketing programs.
● Support to all distribution channels in terms of product promotions, operation process, and customer communication.
● Manage the product process cross department to ensure process is streamlined with cost efficiency and in line with operation procedure.
● Consult with L&C, RMG, CAOR, DD and all relevant departments to ensure the new product launches and marketing programs are with full compliance of external regulation and internal requirements.
● Provide the necessary product training to frontline sales team and promote the product strategy.
● Project management and execution
● Coordinate a broad range of operation with related parties, including Product manager, Sales, Risk, Digi, IT and Ops to assist project development and to satisfy the expectation of customers and to ensure compliance of the Bank policy and regulation requirement.
● Work with regional project team to provide country customization requirement.
● Monitoring project progress and hold a regular meeting to update stakeholders.
● Work with regional product for any product enhancement or new initiative project.
● Adhere to all relevant external regulatory and internal compliance requirement.

Job Summary:
Covers operations and related activities. Provides operational support to the asset management business and/or products.
Provides post-sale technical customer service to business or end-consumer customers via phone, online chat, or text including: Responding to a high volume of low complexity technical inquiries (e.g., equipment or software installation/activation/troubleshooting, providing technical product specifications & information on compatibility with other products, etc.). To support effective management of Transfer Agency (TA) operations, with a primary focus in client servicing and ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. This role is responsible for maintaining service excellence, implementing company policies, and supporting risk mitigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Perform daily TA operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
Support the implementation of TA team objectives, policies, and procedures.
Deliver high-quality service to clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to AML policies and procedures, including transaction monitoring and client due diligence.
Adhere to operational procedures and internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Work Experience / Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business area of concentration
3-5 years of relevant experience in SITE industry, with exposure to TA operations and AML practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in client-facing environments.
Solid understanding of AML regulations and TA operational workflows
Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
Good command of written and spoken English
Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset
SITE/SICE licenses required

1. Prepare timely, comprehensive, and reliable credit risk reports on monthly basis, as well as for forecasting & planning with risk assumptions by evaluating portfolio statistics and presenting to local management and HQ.
2. Provide support on process and policy related to risk, as well as the pricing for new or existing product based on loss assumptions and product risk assessments.
3. Establish and review risk policies, guidelines, and procedures that will foster company's sales potential balancing with risk management goals.
4. Conduct annual validation both quantitatively and qualitatively on scorecard and risk parameters (PD & LGD) with performing recalibration if needed.
5. Vehicle residual value monitoring and analysis in proper presentation to steer the residual value risk and product. Provide support on auction price setting.
6. Maintain and analyze the risk monitoring report on active portfolio to review asset quality and perform various risk studies for risk steering and recommendations to Senior Management.
7. Review and analyze the delinquent portfolio to identify key factors and lessons on reducing or preventing bad debt losses.
8. Responsible for system projects to mitigate credit risk of credit portfolios. Manage various decision engines for consistent policy execution and operation efficiency.
