1.操作和維護專用生產機械設備，執行機台加工及組裝作業 2.詳讀技術圖紙及規格，進行零件精密組裝和品質檢驗 3.準備並調整焊接設備，選擇適當焊接材料與技術 4.執行焊接作業與焊縫質量檢測，修補焊接缺陷 5.使用精密測試儀器進行設備調試及功能性能測試 6.執行設備維修保養，診斷及排除故障問題

執行機械相關焊接工作。

※無焊接經驗可，良好工作態度，肯學習，公司培訓一技之長。 ※如有CO2焊接或氬焊經驗者，依據學經歷核薪 1.起薪(加班費另計)： L1：32,000~34,000(清洗料件,上、下料件作業,量具使用,基本設備操作) L2：34,000~38,000(手工焊接(CO2/氬焊),基本識圖,具有氬氣鎢極電焊證照者佳) L3：38,000~45,000(機械手臂焊接(程式校正/編排),能依圖作業,設備異常排除) L4：45,000~50,000(自動化焊接(CO2/氬焊)相關經驗,製程改善及產能提升,SOP製作,新產品架台整備(模具設計/製作/焊接加工參數),設備重大異常處理) 2.需配合加班 3.排班人員上班時段為週二~週六(07：50~17：00)固定班，國定休假日依公司行事曆安排調整。 4.依本公司教育訓練系統，給予不同階段適當的教育訓練，培育員工學習相關技術並成為儲備幹部。 5.本職務依學習進度及技術能力給予適當調薪，且每年擁有兩次調薪機會。
